In 2017, Tamar received her J.D. from the University of Missouri – Columbia after earning her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. A registered nurse in the State of Missouri with six years of experience in critical care, Tamar brings in-depth healthcare industry insight to her practice.
Tamar completed an internship with The Honorable Karen King Mitchell of the Missouri Court of Appeals, in which she was responsible for document review and drafting bench memoranda in preparation for oral arguments. She also clerked during law school at a firm in Columbia, Missouri where she handled plaintiff’s personal injury cases and criminal defense cases.
She is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA), the National Bar Association (NBA), the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL), the Mound City Bar Association (MCBA), the American Nurses Association (ANA), the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) and the Missouri Nurses Association (MONA).

Tamar also serves as a board member for the University of Missouri School of Law Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic and was an intern with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office (Medicaid Fraud Control Unit) in 2015 and 2016.
