In our 33rd year, we'd like to quietly boast that we consistently rank as one of the St. Louis area’s top law firms, and recently ranked in U.S. News & World Report’s Best Law Firms national survey as a Top-Tier law firm in the categories of Home Care Law, Medical Malpractice and Professional Malpractice.

Starting with nine core attorneys in 1979, our vision has always been a client-centric approach, but we took that idea one step farther and offered a Guaranteed Client Service. Unheard of at the time. A generation later we’ve grown to 90 attorneys, 20 paralegals and 71 support staff. We’ve also expanded into Illinois with four additional full-service offices in Alton, Edwardsville, O'Fallon and Carbondale.

Although Missouri, Illinois and Kansas remain our primary practice regions, we also service hundreds of regional and national clients in dozens of industries across the country and a number of our attorneys bring to their practice special "outside" training, certifications and degrees from other professions such as accounting and nursing.

Our work is concentrated in the areas of Business, Business Litigation, Health Law, and Products Liability, representing clients from transportation to finance to hospitals to construction, plus many more.
